Terms and Conditions

Valid for stays from 1st September 2025 to 30th November 2025. Please note a 20% surcharge applies to spa treatment inclusions on Public Holiday Weekends. 

Lon Spa inclusions are subject to availability at time of booking. 

Policies

As a boutique property cancellations affect us greatly, therefore a 50% prepayment is required at time of booking. Please note that if you cancel or amend your reservation with less than 14 days notice, this prepayment is non-refundable.
