Culinary Director, Josep Espuga believes in authentic relationships and respecting traceability. His ethos is to champion our suppliers - the local foragers, gardeners and farmers through their ingredients.

The Signature Experience includes some of Laura’s perennial favourites and introduces you to some of the best producers in the region.

Policies

As a boutique property cancellations affect us greatly, therefore a 50% prepayment is required at time of booking. Please note that if you cancel or amend your reservation with less than 14 days notice, this prepayment is non-refundable.
