SPA BOOKINGS - HOTEL GUESTS

It is highly recommended that Spa bookings are made well in advance of your stay. Spa charges for treatments and retail may be added to a guests suite account and will be automatically charged to the guests credit card on file prior to check out. Lon Retreat reserve the right to charge any services/items not paid for by the guest at the time of check out to the guaranteed credit card for that suite. 

PAYMENT POLICY - DAY GUESTS

To secure a spa booking, full payment is required at time of booking by a valid credit card or Lon Gift Voucher. If you are using a gift voucher, the full amount will be redeemed at time of booking and the balance of spa booking will be payable by a valid credit card. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard and Eftpos. Please note that surcharges may apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY - LON SPA

Cancellations, Changes or Rescheduling:
We appreciate things change. However, we ask for a minimum 48 hours notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. Where spa bookings are changed, cancelled or re-scheduled with less than 48 hours notice, 100% of the cost will be incurred and is non-refundable.
