1 Day Art Retreat with Natalie Martin at Lon

Start the new year off with a deeply restorative and relaxing day designed to completely fill your cup. Join local watercolour artist Natalie Martin for a one day art retreat at the luxurious Lon Retreat.
We’ll begin the day with a walk down to Lon's food forest and set up for some en plein air sketching. Natalie will guide you through how to approach sketching the seasonal flowers and garden. We’ll then settle in for a picnic and a glass of bubbles. After lunch Natalie will provide a demonstration before we get back into some more painting and work on a finished piece to take home. Cap the day off with an optional dip in the mineral pool between 4-5pm (for an additional $65 per person, includes towel, robe and locker. Advanced bookings essential. Limited numbers.) You will leave relaxed, rejuvenated and inspired!
You are most welcome to arrive early, grab a coffee and go for a walk and soak up the property. Lon’s van will be open for food and coffees (additional cost - on consumption).
There are a couple of suites available for those who would like to stay overnight and enjoy the property and some spa treatments. A 2 night minimum stay applies. Call Lon Retreat on (03) 5258 2990 to book your stay.
All materials and equipment are provided. Your ticket price also includes lunch and a glass of bubbles or a non-alcoholic beverage. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know.
Please bring adequate drinking water, a hat and sunscreen and wear appropriate footwear.
To ensure participants get as much one on one time with Natalie, this workshop is limited to 12 participants.
Attendees will receive a reminder email with further information two weeks prior to the workshop, including where to meet on the day and what to expect.
If the weather doesn’t allow for us to go on the walk we will shift our workshop indoors.

Workshop cancellation policy:
We try to be as flexible as we can with cancellations, life happens. Please note, if you give more than 10 days notice prior to commencement of the workshop or course, you will receive a full refund for your course fee. Cancellations between 3-10 days from the workshop date will not receive a refund, but you may reschedule for a future date (to the value of your course fee). Cancellations less than three days from the start date will not be refunded, however you can send someone in your place. Your purchase is in acceptance of these terms.
